What you will get

Program at a glance

  • Length: 30 to 32 weeks, plus up to 6 months of retention support

  • Audience: Albertans facing barriers to employment who are ready to learn by doing

  • Outcomes: confidence, workplace habits, employer connections, and job-ready skills

Eligibility

  • Must live in Calgary or surrounding area

  • At least 18 years old and legally entitled to work in Canada

  • Facing barriers to employment and ready to participate in training and work experience

  • Able to communicate in English (minimum CLB 5–6)

  • No criminal record that would prevent employment in the non-profit sector
