Youth Employment Connection

Prospect's Youth Employment Connection Program provides comprehensive support for young people aged 16-24 in Edmonton and area who are currently or have been supported by Children's Services. The program is designed to help youth build the skills and connections needed to succeed in today's job market.

Participants receive guided support that helps them:

  • Develop employability skills through engaging activities

  • Find and secure the right job through individualized career counseling

  • Build connections with employers and gain hands-on work experience

Our program takes a personalized and empowering approach, giving participants the freedom to explore their interests, develop their strengths, and chart their own course towards a fulfilling career.
