As we look back on another successful year at Prospect, we're thrilled to share our 2022/2023 Annual Review!
Despite the challenges, our growth has been remarkable, delivering more and more to those who truly need it. Our commitment to building better communities has never been stronger, with initiatives in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility being a significant focus.
We hosted 8 impactful Job Fairs and 95 Employer and Career Spotlights, connecting job seekers with prospective employers across Alberta. These events not only boosted employment but also fostered community engagement, breaking down barriers, and allowing for meaningful, face-to-face interaction.
In addition, we are proud to announce that we helped 1,230 individuals find employment, provided training and support to 8,100 individuals, and supported over 950 employers in accessing diverse and work-ready talent pools.
Our organization has experienced significant growth, with our Edmonton and Strathmore offices expanding in size, thanks to a grant from the Government of Alberta. In addition, Prospect has been on a growth trajectory, welcoming 50 new employees over the past year. These expansions reflect our commitment to increasing our province-wide footprint and strengthening our ability to support all Albertans with a broader range of programs and services.
Our team spirit remains strong, with unique and creative team-building events that have kept us connected and stronger than ever.
