Preparing for your Calgary Fire Department interview?

This in‑person interview prep workshop is designed specifically for candidates who have already applied to the Calgary Fire Department and passed the aptitude test. This session will help participants prepare for the interview panel process and build confidence before their upcoming interview.

Throughout the session, participants will practice mock interviews using the STAR method, which stands for Situation, Task, Action, and Result. This approach helps organize strong, structured responses and highlight relevant experience clearly.

Participants will benefit from guidance provided by Calgary Fire Department recruiters and a Prospect Career Advisor. CFD recruiters will share insight into what the department looks for in candidates, while Prospect staff will provide strategies for answering challenging questions and making a strong impression.
