This workshop will demonstrate how you can identify your transferable skills. We will also discuss how hard and soft skills can be transferable in a variety of workplace transitions. Participants will be shown how to address a job transition or gap on their resume, a career change and returning to work after a leave. We will address some of the positives and negatives to workplace transitions and explore examples of how recognizing your transferable skills can make a career change possible.
