The intent of this module is to understand the _Internal Conversation_ that we carry in our mind.

How this conversation happens is of primary importance in validating who we are and developing our internal coaches .

Participants will navigate their “_dysfunctional_ internal coaches”, and how to choose to recreate changes from higher places of the brain rather than using the “_emotional brain”_ that has been in charge of their life since the dysfunctional experiences occurred.

In this module participants will learn :

  • The interaction of mind and body and how the mind gets translated by responses of the body.

  • The physiology of the connection between mind and body, and how we can intentionally manage that connection.

  • Research to support the changes and how to validate the process once you understand the dynamic mind and body.

This module is offered at no cost. Register in advance to reserve your spot.
