GROW Women Leaders is a transformative organization with a dedication to empowering women, particularly immigrants and BIWoC, by providing meaningful employment opportunities and facilitating career advancement. Their focus rests on equity, diversity, inclusivity, and accessibility to bridge the gap between talented women and their professional aspirations, contributing to a balanced employment scale one woman at a time.

The organization’s vision is to create a global movement that empowers marginalized women, and their mission is centered on “Building Women Leadership” through the fostering of personal and professional development, the reduction of inequality, and the promotion of sustainable economic growth. They partner with employers to connect them with a diverse talent pool while supporting women through the SEED principles: Support, Encourage, Empower, and Develop.

The journey began with an initiative addressing the challenges faced by highly qualified immigrant women, inspiring Project 150. It became evident that women, especially immigrants and BIWoC, needed guidance, connections, and support to break through systemic barriers. GROW Women Leaders is committed to helping women excel in their careers and creating more inclusive workplaces for all through inclusive hiring and a diverse talent pool. The organization invites individuals to join their movement and advocate for hiring not just well but better.
