The Alberta Immigrant Women & Children Centre, based in Edmonton, is a community-focused organization committed to empowering immigrant women and their families in Alberta. Through collaborative efforts within the community, the center provides resources, shares knowledge, and creates a range of programs to support the diverse needs of newcomers. They offer specialized programs in areas such as employment, settlement, women’s issues, language acquisition, and youth development. By promoting opportunities and building connections, the organization aims to help immigrant women overcome barriers and achieve their full potential!
