All of us are experiencing the challenges and the changes that come along with COVID-19. Now more than ever, we’re being forced to learn new ways to cope and adapt to what is going on in our world. This is a great opportunity to build resiliency and learn new skills that will set us up to cope with future challenges. There are many things that are outside of our control – what we can control is the way that we respond to what is happening around us.
The objectives of the workshop are,
- To understand learning as an ongoing life process
- to identify what is in the way of changing and creating new skills
- Focusing on personal strengths that are necessary when we are in uncertain times
- Learn to negotiate and navigate in uncertain times.
Virtual event using Zoom
October 26 from 9:00 am - 10:30 am
