This 1-hour workshop will review the importance of emotional skills in the workplace, how to build them and how they relate to maintaining employment and reaching professional goals
Participants should be able to attend the workshop via Zoom. Participants can join from any compatible device; however, participants are encouraged to arrange either a laptop, a computer or a tablet to attend and practice.
