This 1-hour workshop will introduce the concept of Active Listening and provide tips on how to improve your listening skills

Participants should be able to attend the workshop via Zoom. Participants can join from any compatible device; however, in order to benefit in the most efficient way, participants are encouraged to arrange either a laptop, a computer or a tablet to attend and practice.
