Trauma and Resiliency Module 3: The Foundation of Habits

June 15 from 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Virtual event using Zoom

The module includes theory of change, research and information about brain changes when trying to unlearn a behavior, emotion and/or change your mind about something and replacing it with new understanding and new knowledge.

In addition, the concept of brain plasticity is reinforced throughout the modules and participants learn about the ability they have to create new neuronal paths.

Some fundamental research is shared with participants so they can understand and validate the information learned in the modules.

Participants will be able to learn:

  • How to replace habits and create new ones.
  • The neurophysiology of change.
  • How neuropaths are created and reinforced.
  • How do we unlearn and relearn new information.
  • The concept of brain neuroplasticity and the impact in our lives.
  • Strategies to manage and take full responsibility for our choices to create wellness and balance in our lives.

This module is offered at no cost. Register in advance to reserve your spot.
