Creating a Mentally Healthy Workplace

This Disability Employment Awareness Month (DEAM), equip your team with training that helps them promote inclusion within the job market for people with disabilities.

This training will provide you with an overview of common mental health conditions in the workplace. You’ll learn about different tools you can use to support workplace mental health and reduce the attached stigma. We’ll conclude the session by providing you with leading practices to help improve your workplace environment and make it more mentally healthy.


  • Familiarity with mental health conditions and their prevalence in the Canadian population
  • Awareness of behaviour based tools to support mental health in the workplace
  • Awareness of the impact of work environments on mental health and best practices to address them
