Career Links

What we do

Career Links provides employment supports for individuals experiencing challenges to workforce participation as a result of mental health illness or issues, including those who may have concurrent substance abuse disorders.

Career Links takes a comprehensive approach to the development of natural supports and ongoing mentorship in the workplace.

Who we serve

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Experience barriers to employment as a result of a mental illness or mental health issues and who may have a concurrent substance abuse disorder
  • Demonstrate the readiness, willingness and ability to benefit from service
  • Are stabilized on medications
  • Have stable personal circumstances (e.g. food, clothing, shelter and transportation)
  • Have an identifiable support network

  • Case Management and Follow-up
