Building an Inclusive Workforce

This Disability Employment Awareness Month (DEAM), equip your team with training that helps them promote inclusion within the job market for people with disabilities.

This training offers a high-level look at diversity and inclusion. You’ll discover widespread assumptions and misconceptions that can impact the inclusiveness of a workplace, and receive an overview of some of the topics that are best discussed within organizations exploring diversity. The session finishes by highlighting the benefits of a diverse workplace and discussing ways to create an environment that exemplifies inclusion and diversity.
