Studio C is excited to open its gallery space for the month of May to In-Definite Arts, a disability arts organization and collaborative partner on many fronts. Join us as we showcase the results of their intense four week blockprinting workshop, experimenting with linoleum blocks, styrofoam and collograph techniques for printing on paper and textiles.

Viable Calgary, a Prospect Project, has partnered with Calgary Chamber of Voluntary Organization’s Calgary HR Initiative to develop a Workforce Inclusion Plan for Calgary’s Nonprofit Sector. This Workforce Inclusion Plan will provide nonprofit organizations in Calgary with resources, information and best practices for the inclusion of persons with disabilities within their workplaces.

Prospect Human Services, in collaboration with Alberta Employment and Immigration, had the honour of hosting a group of delegates from Japan on July 12, 2010. The 17 delegates were all representatives of SELP, a non-profit organization in Japan which helps persons with disabilities gain social and financial independence through participation in work opportunities.
